Taja Ivancic is a painter born on the 23rd of June in 1977 in Slovenia. She studied and graduated in 2002 from painting at The National University of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in Slovenia. In 2005 she finished there her Master's Degree From Painting and became Master Of Painting. She had edvanced education for one semester in the summer cources in 1995 in France at The L'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts in Paris and in 2001 one university semester at The Indiana University Of Pennsylvania, USA. She has had many selected exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad.
